Osteoporosis, type II diabetes, arthritis, stiffness, difficulty balancing are just a few of the changes our bodies experience as we get older.  All of these ailments are easily reduced and in certain cases completely eliminated. Here at inShape, our degree certified trainers sees to it that all our senior clients build and possess the appropriate core strength, flexibility and balance to minimize these limitations.  We achieve these goals safely in a friendly and encouraging environment.
